Alice Moore

Customers and Communities
Hello, I’m Alice, I have worked in social housing for 12 years now, with previous experience at Flagship Homes and East Suffolk Council, I started my career as a Housing Officer covering the Lowestoft area, and during my career I have covered most of Suffolk. I have also worked for Suffolk Constabulary as a Detective, during a brief career break from housing. I love working in housing as we help those who really need it. I am proud to manage a fantastic team which includes Housing Management, Customer Services and Customer Insight and Engagement. I am passionate about truly listening to our customers and ensuring we are providing the best service we possibly can.

and Engagement Officer
Hi I am Michelle, I have been a part of the Orwell team for the past 2 years, having worked in financial services for the previous 22 years. A big part of my role consists of ensuring our customers are at the heart of what we do and because of this I get to work with numerous departments across Orwell from development to our repairs teams, sharing suggestions and feedback to shape future services. I love leading our Orwell Resident Group meetings monthly and also participating in our quarterly Complaint Handling Assessment Team meetings, where a group of our customers review a sample of complaints from the previous quarter and give us timely constructive feedback.
Together with my colleagues I look forward to talking to our customers on this new platform and would encourage as many of you as possible to get involved.
Claire Townley
Customer Engagement OfficerHi! I'm Claire and I have been with Orwell since July 2022, my background is mostly in customer facing retail and admin. I enjoy nothing better than a good chat to hear people's stories. Sometimes all that someone needs is a chat and a giggle to not feel alone, although I'm not free for a chat all the time, even 10 minutes can make a difference. You'll usually be interacting with me if you have had a repair and Orwell haven't received your review. I will be on hand to listen so everything is fed back. I love hearing about all your lovely experiences, whilst ensuring that I complete our in-house compliment form to make my colleague's day! I also participate in ORG (Orwell Resident's Group) meetings, where we look at our services and make changes and improvements for the better to benefit Orwell and our customers.
My role isn't set in stone, I have new challenges every day! Orwell as an organisation have belief in everyone who works for them and their values are what I strive to continue following!
Sarah Parramint
Customer Insight Officer
Hello there! I’ve worked for Orwell since March 2023, having spent nearly 10 years working for my local town council where I organised events and looked after the allotments and cemeteries. Prior to that I worked for 12 years as a researcher/policy officer for two other local housing associations.
I love finding out what people think of Orwell’s services and am the person who analyses all of the customer feedback we receive and then presents the findings to the relevant teams so they can improve our services to customers.
