The ORG is a group of customers who work with us to make services better. They meet every month on a Monday evening and carry out three scrutinies each year.
The group looks at how we’re performing and makes recommendations for improvement. They also give feedback on policies and service changes to make sure the customer's voice is heard.
CHAT is a group of Orwell customers that work with our Customer Experience team to check how we handle complaints and make sure we follow the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code. The group meets every three months to spot trends, review outcomes, and suggest improvements. You can see feedback results on our website, showing what we’ve changed to make our service better.
Independent East is a partnership of five housing associations - Broadland, Freebridge, Havebury, Orwell, and Saffron. Working together to share ideas and improve services for customers, with customers.to help shape better services. Your feedback and experiences guide the changes we make.
