This document includes both Orwell's Domestic Abuse Policy and the procedures colleagues follow when responding to domestic abuse concerns. Together, they set out our commitments, responsibilities and approach to supporting customers.
As the policy is guided by legislation, safeguarding responsibilities and recognised good practice, we're not asking customers how Orwell should respond to domestic abuse cases. Instead, we'd like your views on whether the policy is clear, respectful and supportive, and whether it gives confidence that people affected by domestic abuse will be treated appropriately and offered the right support.
We'd also welcome any suggestions for making information about domestic abuse and available support easier to find and access.
This survey should only take a few minutes to complete.
Your feedback will help us review whether the policy gives confidence that customers affected by domestic abuse will be treated with understanding and offered the right support.
